Nadia Khan is a multidisciplinary artist working with glass, wood and textiles. She explores the relationship between human nature and the rest of nature through art installations in natural settings. Her practice integrates traditional craft techniques with the contemporary needs of today. Her love and fascination for the natural world started at a young age and has carried through with her study of sustainable designing/building, community tree house construction and her development of a natural reserve and native tree conservation project in Argentina.
Nadia is working on a children’s book series, Tales From The Yungas, which raises awareness about the area of northwest Argentina and its inhabitants.
